1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 working days. Up to 2-week delays can be expected and will be disclosed at checkout.

3. Shipping Regions
Currently, we only ship within the United States

4. Shipping Carriers
While UPS is our primary shipping partner, we may use other reputable carriers as needed.

5. Shipping Rates and Options

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $150 Order Minimum
  • Flat Rate UPS Ground (3–5 business days): $15

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and order total.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You can also track your shipment on our Order Tracking page.

7. Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes are included in your order total at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. For full details on how we handle these situations, refer to our Return and Refund Policy. We will compensate or replace products that are confirmed lost or damaged.
